Here’s a tool you can use today:

• Give yourself 10 minutes to decide.
  

• Ask: “Is this reversible?” If yes, make the call.
  

• If no, ask: “What’s the ONE piece of data or clarity I need to decide?” Then act once you have it.
  

This keeps you from wasting days (or weeks) over decisions that could have been made in minutes.
