You further acknowledge and agree that any information, testimonials, comments, feedback, images, or other materials you voluntarily provide may be used by Clear Path For Success™ and its affiliated and associated companies for marketing, promotional, educational, and business activities, including but not limited to advertising, social media, website content, and other promotional materials, without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

You may request in writing that we discontinue the future use of your information in marketing or promotional materials. Upon receipt of such a request, we will make reasonable efforts to cease future use of your information. However, you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to remove or recall materials already produced, published, distributed, or in circulation (including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, printed materials, or archived content). We will make reasonable efforts to remove such materials where practicable, but we cannot guarantee complete removal from all platforms or third-party distributions.

By participating in any Clear Path For Success™ program, event, membership, course, speaker engagement, or affiliated offering, you may be granted access to proprietary materials, including but not limited to digital content, trainings, speaker-only resources, written materials, videos, workbooks, templates, recordings, and other intellectual property owned by Clear Path For Success™ or its affiliated partners or entities. All such content is provided solely for your individual, non-transferable use and remains the exclusive property of the creators.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, share, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise disseminate any proprietary materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent. Access to restricted materials (including speaker-only pages or participant-exclusive content) is granted exclusively to authorized participants.

Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, reproduction, or disclosure of proprietary materials constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of participation, revocation of access without refund, and potential legal action at the discretion of Clear Path For Success™ and its affiliated partners or entities.

We stand firmly behind the value of our programs and resources. Our pricing is set as low as possible while still maintaining the level of quality, support, and sustainability required to serve all members effectively.

These policies are in place to honor the work that goes into creating and maintaining our programs and to ensure the long-term availability of these resources.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on either one-time or recurring payment options. Please make sure you are fully committed before completing your purchase.

Cancellation Terms for Recurring Plans

• You may cancel your membership at any time.
• A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to stop future billing.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your next payment date, one final payment may still be processed.

Clear Path For Success™ and its affiliated programs, entities, partners, and representatives make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in any program, service, event, or offering. This includes, but is not limited to, income generation, revenue growth, lead generation, business performance, client acquisition, personal development outcomes, or any other financial or non-financial results.

All examples, testimonials, case studies, and educational materials are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of similar results. Individual results vary significantly based on numerous factors, including but not limited to experience, effort, market conditions, personal circumstances, and implementation.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. While Clear Path For Success™ is committed to providing support, guidance, and high-quality educational resources, we cannot and do not promise or guarantee specific results.

If you participate in any Clear Path For Success™ event, program, panel, summit, membership, or affiliated offering as a speaker, contributor, expert, guest, or participant providing advice, instruction, direction, recommendations, or opinions, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely and exclusively responsible for the content you present, publish, or communicate.

You represent and warrant that any statements, materials, advice, or information you provide comply with applicable laws and regulations and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Clear Path For Success™ and its affiliated entities assume no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, legality, compliance, or outcomes related to content provided by independent speakers or participants. In the event of any complaint, claim, dispute, investigation, or legal action arising from content you provide, you agree that you are solely responsible for such matters.

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clear Path For Success™, its owners, affiliates, partners, representatives, and team members from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the content you provide or your participation in the event or program.
